1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a primary payment method for orders within our standard delivery area.

  • Process: When you select COD at checkout, you will pay the full amount of your order directly to our delivery driver upon receiving your baked goods.
  • Availability: This option is available for most standard and custom orders. For larger custom orders, a preliminary deposit may still be required to confirm your booking date (as per our Terms & Conditions).
  • Please Note: Our drivers carry limited change. We kindly request that you prepare the exact amount where possible to expedite the delivery process.

2. Online Payment via Stripe

For your convenience and security, we accept online payments processed through Stripe, a leading global payment platform.

  • Accepted Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Security: Stripe ensures that your payment information is encrypted and handled in compliance with the highest security standards. Your card details are never stored on our website’s servers.
  • Process: To pay online, simply select the credit/debit card option at checkout and enter your card details on the secure Stripe gateway. Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Important Payment Information

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes (if any).
  • Finalizing Orders: All orders are only confirmed and scheduled for preparation once payment (or the required deposit, for large custom orders) has been successfully processed.
  • Transaction Confirmation: For online payments, you will receive an immediate confirmation email from us detailing your order and payment.
