| How far in advance should I place a custom cake order? | We recommend ordering at least 1 week in advance for custom cakes, especially for complex designs or large events. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders (less than 1 week), but a rush fee may apply, and availability is not guaranteed. |
| Do you require a deposit for custom orders? | Yes, for all custom orders over AED 500], we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and begin the design process. The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup/delivery. |
| What information do you need for a custom quote? | To get an accurate quote, please provide the desired serving size (or guest count), the event date, any theme or design inspiration (photos are helpful!), and your preferred flavor/filling combination. |
| Can I make changes to my order after I’ve placed it? | Changes to size, flavor, or design must be requested at least 7 days prior to your event date. Changes are subject to approval and may incur additional charges. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details. |

| Are your baked goods suitable for people with nut allergies? | WARNING: While we can make certain items without nuts, Beverly Cakes is NOT a nut-free facility. We handle common allergens, including tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs, in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. |
| Do you use certified halal ingredients? | Yes, all ingredients used in our bakery, including flavorings and extracts, are 100% Halal certified. |
Refunds & Exchanges

| What is your policy on refunds or exchanges? | Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been accepted.
