1. Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery services all over UAE.
- To confirm if your address falls within our delivery zone, please enter your postal code or address during the checkout process.
- If your location is outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss potential special arrangements and associated fees.
2. Delivery Schedule and Time Slots
- Operating Hours: Deliveries are typically made between 09:00 AM and 11:59 PM on operating days.
- Time Slots: During checkout, you will be asked to select a preferred delivery window (e.g., 10 AM-1 PM, 2 PM-5 PM). While we strive to meet the requested slot, these are estimates. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Custom Cake Timelines: Custom cake orders require sufficient lead time, as specified on the product page or during consultation. The earliest available delivery date will be confirmed upon order placement.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from the Beverly Cakes kitchen (12th Street, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, UAE) to the delivery address.
- The exact fee will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.
- We may offer free delivery promotions on orders over a specific amount (e.g., Free delivery for misc orders as calculated on checkout page.
4. Receiving Your Order
To ensure the quality and integrity of your cake, the following policies apply:
A. Presence Required
A suitable recipient must be present at the delivery location during the confirmed delivery window. Our products are perishable and cannot be left unattended.
B. Failed Delivery
If no one is available to accept the delivery, our driver will attempt to contact the provided phone number. If contact cannot be made within 10 minutes, the driver may be required to return the item to our premises.
- In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient’s absence, Beverly Cakes reserves the right to charge an additional redelivery fee.
- The product will be stored for pickup or redelivery (if arranged) for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee the product’s quality, and no refund will be issued.
5. Pickup Option
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our bakery location: 12th Street, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Pickup Time: Please ensure you arrive during the agreed-upon pickup time window.
- Transfer of Responsibility: Once the product has been retrieved by you or your nominated representative, Beverly Cakes assumes no responsibility for any damage that occurs during transportation, storage, or handling.
6. Inspection and Damage
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, whether by delivery or pickup.
- If you find any issue with the design or quality of the cake, you must notify the driver or a Beverly Cakes staff member at the time of delivery/pickup.
- We cannot accept responsibility for damages once the cake has been accepted and signed for, or once it has left our premises.
